I have been a collector of Mackenzie Childs way over 15 years. The quality of this line has changed over the years, As more things are made overseas The integrity of this namebrand, I am always blown away by They stand behind their name. I live in New York, shipping is always fast for me. Some items I feel are not packed as well as they should be, and do arrive broken Mackenzie Childs has always stood behind them and sent replacements. I do wish they would pack things better at times. What I am disappointed with is there enamelware. It no longer has that shine. I bought a cake platter sterling check, And it is very dull to the touch. I should’ve been mailed out a new one. But they wanted this one back and I don’t have a box or packing that size. Financially, it was not feasible. Had they sent me out a new one, I would’ve packed up this one and sent it back. So I will not be buying any enamelware in the future, as I have read other customers have the same problem

Still waiting to receive a lemon vase. It’s been two months!

I needed to write customer service three times to get an answer. The final rep was great and answered my questions - finally.

The product arrived broken due to being packed in an inadequate manner. We are handy, so we fixed it. Required drilling and placing a metal pin, painting & clear coating. The bell is darling. The shipping package was lame. It was not the freight company's fault as the exterior box was not damaged at all.
