Maxjax is awesome!
After years of thinking about it I finally ordered a lift for my garage. I chose the Maxjax for its mobility and I couldn’t be happier! Marco helped me with accessories to make it even better and more versatile. The installation instructions were good and setup was straight forward. I wish I would have gotten this years ago!

Great experience all around. FedEx delivered with in 5 days. No instruction book enclosed in crate. Easy to install once book was sent via email.

Fast shipping, but wasn't packaged
Fast shipping, but wasn't packaged great. Just some taped bubble wrap. Top and bottom were completely exposed when it arrived - but it's a hunk of metal, so no impact and works perfectly.

Works as described
The seals will leak and are not available through Danmar. In four years of home use, both pistons developed leaking seals. The seals are available at Lazzar's Floor Jack/HCRCnow. The lift has as much as a 3/4 inch rising-rate difference between the two columns. Max Jax indicated this is acceptable. The bolts need anti-seize because of the interaction of steel and concrete. Without it, the bolts will rust.

Everything was excellent: shipping, packing, delivery and customer service. Only issue was a missent package (carrier issue) that delayed a week. The MaxJax customer representative was fabulous and followed up and checked on me several times. IMPRESSED

Shipping was longer than expected then when I received cylinder it came a different colour so I had to paint it to match

Lift isn't a year old.
Lift isn't a year old. Stopped working. Repair guy charged $700 to fix. The installer on your list to use. Should have been warranty. Lift still goes up crooked. Waiting on lift repair to inspect.

Four Thumbs Up
One of the best investments I've ever made! Pretty simple first time setup due to me boring the holes for the anchors. After boring the first 6 holes I switched to a hammer drill and what had taken half of the day and made a huge mess with water and concrete powder took only 10 minutes with the hammer drill. Lesson learned

I was one of the
I was one of the first to get the new model. I have had 0 issues with it, no leaks, exactly what I was hoping for. I have a post-tension slab in the garage and had a company map the floor and show me where the cables were, that was about $200. I used AW ISO 32 hydraulic oil.

The Max Jax order process
The Max Jax order process was easy. The unit arrived at the shipping terminal as I had asked and the lift was installed easily and works as designed. The whole order/delivery and installation process was good. There were a few critical parts missing from the package but these were shipped quickly following my notification of their absence to MJ. I placed the uprights 91" apart and this services both my narrow cars and large cars alike.
