I started using this when I found it on Ocado, to build up my protein levels. I'm 67 years old. Amongst other health issues I have Fibromyalgia. Which causes fatigue. Which leads to depression. . . . and so on. I have one smoothie daily using this in the Vanilla flavour. I add fruit, fresh and frozen, seeds, and superfood in powder form. (Rheal). I feel more alive than ever. I have just tried your MaxClear Iced Lemon Tea for the first time. (To add more protein to my diet). I did blend it, and the flavour is good, no after taste, and it dissolves well. I will not be using the whole sachet at once, probably making one sachet last for 3 drinks. So thank you Maxi Nutrition for your help! Very fast delivery.
