Fast delivery an easy assembly - great stuff. I might use a wall chart so I know I am not doing something wrong. The phone or clicker holder is awesome. I am trying to figure out some kind of timer to challenge myself to push a little and not get lazy.

It came packaged with everything. It's not easy to put together but my son's helped me out by putting it together for me. Excellent workout in 10-20 minutes.

I bought the lesser model to start with which I don’t recommend. After realizing that the machine is basically zero impact on the joints, I decided to purchase the xl. Very big difference !!! The XL is very smooth and I would highly recommend this machine .

I like the product. It was not difficult to put together, although the pictures in the manual could have been better for the cross bars how to put them together. Also online showed a different way. I emailed somebody and they clarified. I also emailed about the app not being able to download to my Android and was told it is being worked on. I would appreciate an email when it is fixed because it has exercises and I do not belong to social media. The app is advertised and the product is paid for, so it should work. Thank you, Mtechy
