Good machine. Lower handles are already getting sticky (rubber rot starting) after about one month and only 13 sessions. The naciclimber 21 day challenge should have included video not just audio and more variety in workouts instead of just rotating the same audio tracks for 10 min, 15 min and 20 min workouts over the first 13 days .

The first time I used it. I went 10 minutes with the hydraulic pistons on 1. the second time I did it. I did it for 10 minutes, but I had hydraulic pistons on 10 and it seemed easier with more resistance holding me up.
