The bed came really quickly and the quality is great. The wrong mattress was sent originally (was not the extra long) but customer service was great and a new one was sent out quickly.

The bed is sturdy and the drawers are large enough my son is able to use them instead of needing a dresser. Overall we're pretty happy with it. Putting the bed together was a whole other story. The instructions were awful and we had to swap around a few hinges that were not positioned properly. One drawer still doesn't shut quite right but it's pretty close. Plan on spending a good 3+ hours putting this thing together.

The bed came with all parts complete. Took a bit to assemble but so far has been sturdy.
