I called the store and got a very helpful employee. My order came very fast.

They sent the wrong size screws for window latches. I had to go buy my own. They promptly gave me a $10 credit. Overall I’m happy I just wish they would inspect the parts and pieces before it’s shipped. I’m lucky I live near a hardware store

ordering and shipping were great. assembly not so good. very few of the pre drills were lined up properly for windows to seal properly. window clips pre drills not lined up. top half that fits under rain guard very warped. we'll make it work with added effort, just expected better quality workmanship for easy assembly.

Maverick's customer service is the best! In a world where service is an afterthought at best, Maverick stands out. The communications between me, Maverick and the delivery contractors was amazing. I have not had a chance to put together my 5' platform and XL blind, as soon as I do, I will post another review!

Great blind for the money

Ordering the blind was very easy can’t wait to hunt in it this fall !!!!

Santa brought this XL as a Christmas gift for my 2 boys. We haven't hunted from the blind yet, so this is mainly about the customer service, delivery, and setup. Customer Service was great. Order went through quick, and Maverick made sure to schedule a delivery date that Santa could manage despite a late order. Delivery was just as great. Reports are that Santa received as scheduled with the driver. Driver allowed Santa to perform a solid inspection before delivery was final. Blind setup wasn't bad, despite me leaving it standing without fastening together (developed a little memory). I had to hand carry to its final location (over 500 yds), because I hadn't counted on our road washing out due to heavy rains. But portability is one of the reasons the boys asked for this blind, and it checks that box. FWIW, the sides stack inside themselves and fit inside a regular sized bed of a pickup. I was able to put this on our DIY 8x8 platform pretty easily by myself. I had to wrestle it a little to get it together due to the memory but put one side together and anchored it to the floor and then put the rest together. That worked just fine. The door hardware is perfect and seems beefy. The windows, window hardware, and seals are my main concern. The windows should be fine, but one opening was miscut (see pic). I think I can fix this by moving the hinge. The hardware screws and nuts are small and numerous (just don't lose them, you don't get many extras). Time will tell how they hold up. But that is an easy/cheap fix if anything goes wrong. My main concern is with the seal material. Mine didn't stick very well. So I'll have to buy new pretty soon. Again, that's another cheap fix. Overall, the blind meets our needs as it is very portable and very sturdy once assembled. It also has plenty of room for the 3 of us and a BOG deathgrip. We will just have to figure out how to keep everything else off the floor with hangers. But I got plans for that. Hope this helps anyone...

I used blind platform brackets from a different supplier in the past. When I ordered the same recently, I found they were out of stock. I then found Maverick brackets but they were much more expensive. Since I couldn't find any others, I ordered from Maverick. When they came I understand why they are more expensive. They are completely different and are much, much sturdier than the once I used. Well worth the price.

Shipping company was kind of a pain. They do not call and set up delivery appointment like they say. They call you about 5 minutes before they arrive. Blind is shrink wrapped so I did not notice door hinge rivets were missing. Little to be response on defect email sent thru website.
