Mattress Crafters have a good selection of mattresses but not so many that selecting one becomes a difficult decision. Their website is easy to navigate and use. After purchase, delivery was fast and I received emails regarding the delivery at every step. I also love that I can buy a mattress from an Australian company that is made in Australia. I'm very happy that I chose to buy a mattress from Mattress Crafters

Very pleased with mattress. It was very well packed and very heavy, requiring help to unpack and get onto the bed.

I was very nervous buying a mattress online due to having chronic pain in my back. After lots of research and considering my budget I chose the boutique deluxe. I’m really happy so far. I followed the requirements of 48 hours after opening and haven’t had any major issues. The quality is great and I’m happy I’ve supported a local company. We purchased 2 Boutique Deluxe Plus Matresses king single for our spare room. Grandchildren have slept on them and reckon they are very comfortable. The proof will be when adults sleep on them, that said they appear to be a quality product for the price

I'm enjoying my new MC Mattress. Although it feels less firm to me than the reviews suggested, the improvement in quality compared to my old one is significant, and I'm now having restful nights. We had a small issue with the courier not providing any updates about the delivery process, but Bianca was amazing—she followed up for us, gave us peace of mind, and provided an accurate ETA, just as promised. Mattress Crafters were very easy to deal with they answered my questions promptly. The articles had to travel from Melbourne to Sydney so I thought they would take a week at least but they were here in 3 days which was great but caused me some logistical problems. The courier didn’t communicate very well.

There was a small delay in the delivery, ordered 1st of May afternoon and received on Tuesday 6th of May near Sydney area. The delivery person was extremely helpful and we are thankful for bringing the mattress box up to our unit. Some concerns we had were answered in a timely manner and with sufficient detail and accuracy. Overall a good customer experience.
