Very happy with the boutique deluxe plus mattress, activ8 bed base and bedhead. Great value for money compared to other options elsewhere. Well built base though a little difficult to choose bedhead style as not clearly identified on website. The grey colour is lighter than I expected. The mattress is very comfortable, best I've ever had . Would have liked more communication regarding order status and delivery. I took time out to be home for the delivery "Coming today" and it didn't deliver till the following day. Unfortunately the package cutter was broken so we struggled to open the mattress plastic with scissors.

We are really happy with our Boutique Deluxe Mattress, as a side sleeper with lower back and should pain it provides the exact level of comfort and support I was looking for. I am not 100% sure how long it will last but for the price point and 15 year warranty I’m happy to give it a go.
