An excellent experience from start to finish

Service was good, the shipping was a bit frustrating but that was due to the couriers

so impressed with every aspect of the mattress process

Ver fast delivery and superior product

This is quite possibly the best mattress I've ever slept on in my life! I ordered late at night in desperation after a purchase from another store was defective and was so surprised to get a call the next day asking where to leave it since I wasn't home. Even better, Mattress Crafters have perfected their process so I was able to sleep on it the same night instead of waiting days for the mattress to be ready like other boxed ones. The Boutique Extra Firm is solid and supportive without feeling like laying on the floor, had no chemical smell, the edges don't sink when sat on, and I love knowing that I bought from a business that continues to be Australian made and owned when so many other companies outsource. My only regret is knowing that I won't need to buy from Mattress Crafters again for a long time since they offer a 15 year warranty!

Arrived very quickly and was relatively easy to set up, Boxes were very heavy so needed someone to help me but very happy with my purchase

Fantastic. Don't think about it. Buy it. Fantastic

Very responsive.

The website was easy to use and listed the features and feel of the mattresses available. I received my item very quickly and was kept informed throughout the process. Would definitely use again.

It was a good experience as the first online buyer.

Delivery is fast and couriers were great. Would use again but perhaps an upgraded mattress.
