Our mat was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. The carrier could not have been more helpful and polite and we would not hesitate to use Matshop again in future. This is the second mat we have purchased from Matshop and as before, all was most satisfactory in the online ordering process and the delivery.

Purchased a few of these for home and they are brilliant. They last forever and are extremely durable. Save your money and buy these mats instead of the rubbish ones from Officeworks etc which just collapse and break after a year or so. We have about 5 mats now.

Been using this for a few months now, it's great for office use but also our dog loves to sit on it!

Absolutely great chair mat. Last one (Bunnings cheaper brand) died after 3 months of use, great cracks and discolouration as well as moving on the carpet every time I sat down. The Matshop product is clearly superior, thicker, softer, much, much more stable, no unwanted movement, More expensive, yes, but worth every cent to protect my carpet.

This is the second chair mat I have bought from Matshop. The first one last 13 or 14 years. After placing my order this one came in just a couple of days. I had a look through my records and another brand of mat only lasted a couple of years on our carpeted floor. These mats do last a long time. . . Highly recommended

High quality and durable chair mat

Good quality chair mat for office. Protects the wooden floor but at the same time allows the lovely wood flooring to show through. Some 6 years ago I purchased a chair mat from this same company but it was for carpeted floor. Again, I was very happy with the mat and after moving house to one with wooden floors I was able to pass on the previous mat to a family member still looking as new. Would definitely recommend the chair mats from this company.

A great heavy duty chair mat It certainly performs as advertised AND is shipped flat! I read all the other reviews of the competition and all of them complained about divots and cracking within months not to mention just getting the thing to sit flat after receiving a tightly wound coil fo flimsy plastic. This is at least a Mercedes of mats. I also weigh in at about 89/90 kg so very satisfied. In this case you get what you pay for and the value is there! Would recommend for sure.

Excellent product, very happy and worth the price

I bought a heavy duty chair mat from Matshop over 5 years ago. I just received an email about the Black Friday sale which brought me to the website and now is a good time to leave a review. I had mats previously which cracked after a period of time. They were suitable for the carpet pile depth and bought accordingly. My 5 year old Matshop HD mat for thick pile carpet has held up perfectly. The plastic has become a bit yellowed but I can very highly recommend these high quality chairmats.

Highly recommended. I purchased the most expensive unit from Officeworks, their deepest carpet option available . . and it cracked within 2 months. I have been using this mat for 6 months now, and it is like new. The edges have not curled up, there are no cracks, and it isn't all scratched up. It can have some little indents after I have used it for say 12 hours+ (I'm around 110kg), but these don't last and go away. If this was harder, I think it would crack. This matt has been a great investment for me. I am living in a thick carpeted unit, and if I damage the carpet, I would be up for a full replacement. My chair wheels roll smoothly on the surface, and when I roll around, which I do a lot ;P, and I roll off the mat and over the carpet, the edges are bevelled, and I can just roll back on. Other mats, I had to get off the chair and lift it back on. For me, this was a big investment, so I called on the phone and discussed all my concerns and what I was after, and the staff were very kind and ensured I found the right mat. I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you.
