So far, the mat is holding up well. Shipping was prompt.

Perfect

Trouble free online ordering and fast delivery to SA (5 days, including weekend). Product was as advertised. The office chair mat is thick and of high quality. Fits my home office workspace perfectly, and slots neatly under my desk to also accommodate a footrest. Before ordering I was afraid that the mat might lift at the edges or slide as I moved the chair around, but no sign of this at all. (I aligned it with the floor boards on day 1, and it hasn't moved since!) Easy to clean and no trouble running a stick vacuum from floor to mat and back again. Very happy with this purchase, and would highly recommend this product and supplier.

Great product which allows the beautiful floor to be seen instead of an ugly plastic or rubber mat.

Mat is fantastic. Extremely sturdy. Arrived flat as advertised. Doesn’t damage our carpet as it doesn’t have sharp spikes. Mat and delivery together were more expensive than my chair (to be fair we live in Tasmania and shipping is always high), but it was definitely worth it.

Great product and awesome customer service

Matshop online purchase was quick & easy. The floor mat was promptly dispatched and arrived in Perth very quickly. Thank you for excellent service.

Exactly right

Fast shipping and good service

Always a quick delivery Great service Thank you.

Perfect mat for thick loop pile carpet with 10mm underlay - construction looks great, no indents from wheels/castors - exactly as described

Great product and service

From order quick turn around.

Great product and great service 👍

Great quality product

Great product. Nice and thick. Good warranty.

Very happy with the new mat, thank you.

The mat was clearly more robust than the previous quality mat purchased from another supplier that lasted around 5 years. Clearly higher quality much thicker material. Should last the warranty.

I've been buying mats from the usual office supply shops every couple of years. Mats were not cheap and cracked quickly. I've had my Heavy Duty Chair Mat for a month now. It didn't cost any more than others. It hasn't moved along the carpet like previous ones. It feels stronger and more pliable instead of brittle, so I'm confident it's going to last longer. I'm a happy buyer.

Excellent service
