The price at Mastermind was significantly higher than the same product online or at Walmart, but I purchased it because of a short time-frame. Only a few items had price tags, so I had to ask the cashier for the price and it seemed to annoy her. It’s nice that you include gift wrapping.

The service at the shop was great

the doll arrived on time but they shipped it in a plastic bag and it crushed the doll display box, if it was delivered in a cardboard box it would have protected it, I was really disappointed cause it’s a $60 10th anniversary limited edition doll and on the website it showed that it was out of stock in my province, however I luckily found one store that still had one left in stock and i was able to exchange that damaged one for the one in stock, but this could’ve been avoided if they properly packaged and didn’t cut corners into shipping their online orders.
