I ordered my table a month ago yesterday. It still hasn't arrived. It was supposedly supposed to be here no later than 4/29. Am still waiting to hear if it's today, 5/6.

I love my table- and the customer service is 5 starts definitely. My only issue was with delivery. They no showed the first day (didn’t bother to let me know) and were late the next. I would have gladly paid more for than curbside- this table comes fully assembled and took 3 people to get it unpacked and in my studio. The delivery gets 3 stars (because it did get there and in good condition)stars.

I bought the StrongLite Ergo Pro II and it was the best investment I made! It's loaded with features. The best one is the multiple height leg adjustments for the Therapist as I'm a petite woman and it makes working with tall clients easy!

Overall let me start off by saying that my experience was great. They shipped my brand new massage chair, a Stronglite Ergo Pro II right away (But FedEx lost it for about a week, BUT NOT MASSAGE TABLE NOW's FAULT). When I called customer support for help in regards to my lost chair, Sarah Ellis was amazing. She was courteous and provided me updates in regards to the where abouts of my chair. The reason for a 4 star is because this particular model chair has a small ball that is attached to the chair with an elastic string that is supposed to help secure the chair when it is folded up and unfortunately it came broken. ALTHOUGH IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL AT ALL, it's function is just to make sure it does not open up when traveling, I still wish it didn't arrive broken. But overall, I will be using Massage Table Now in the future.
