I ordered a table and sent it back. The reason was that when I sat at the end, the wooden frame cut into my thighs. I could have lowered my chair, but then my arms and shoulders would have been uncomfortable. Customer service was helpful in processing the return, although 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund.

The table arrived in perfect condition with all the parts and I'm enjoying using it. The only glitch is it wasn't the color I ordered. Decided to keep anyway, as color Is neutral and I cover it anyway when working with sheets.
