I received amazing customer service when I needed it the most. They were quick to send my inexpensive replacement part, and it arrived amazingly quick. The guy was able to find the exact small part just by verbal description, and show confidence in knowledge of the product. All while delivering it in a hospitable way. Marzocchi is always a pleasure to do business with. I have their forks on my Canyon dirt jumper and now these on my Surron. If you want the best from a reputable company that stands behind their products, Marzocchi is the move!

Had a mix up in address due to google pay, called customer service, they corrected the issue. Also got a call back 20 minutes later to let me know the address was changed. I appreciated that greatly. The forks are awesome! Thanks guys!

Bomber Z2 is excellent
Replacing a RS Pike with a Bomber Z2. The Bomber came with 140mm travel which I replaced with a 150mm airspring assembly. Super easy to remove and swap the airshaft, really good, simple design, great quality parts and easy for owners to work on. Damping works great, super smooth right out of the box. The three included volume spacers are nice too! Great product, and Marzocchi thought about the end user here. Thanks Marzocchi !
