Shock spacers are difficult to determine how many of what is needed. After realizing I need two “kits” your out of stock till aprill and had to order from lost co.

Overall happy with the product and how quick it was delivered. Still waiting on the backordered extra firm coil. I’d give you 5/5 stars if I could have ordered the specific coil for my needs already installed rather than ordering (and waiting) separately

I purchased a pair of Z1 air & Z1 coil forks. This journey started cause I built up a new frame (with air shock) in 2023. I purchased the Z1 air forks first, I was riding forks with more complex dampers (Fox & RockShox) on my old bike. But I was tired of adjusting air pressure, spacers, high and low speed compression & rebound. Searching for that perfect feel. I’m in my 50’s and have been riding Mtb & BMX my whole life, my shoulders and the rest of my body are feeling it. I was riding the Z1 air’s first and they felt great, just like my prior forks with easier to use compression adjustments (no clicks). I like the simpler quick look down at the lever and know where it’s at. I purchased a coil rear shock for my new frame after recommendations from a lot of my friends and loved it! This got me wondering about a coil fork. So I purchased the Z1 coil fork and installed the correct spring for my weight and was amazed at how good they felt. This is how I’ve been trying to make my air sus. feel for years. I lean more towards the plush style suspension with slow rebound vs. progressive. The front and rear coil suspension really fits my riding style . All I do know is crank up the compression for climbing and open it bike up for descending! I really enjoy the simpler coil suspension, no more checking my air pressure and quick visual reference on the compression. Thank you Marzocchi for making coil suspension! P.S. my shoulder & body ache less running coil sus. I ride in the Pacific Northwest and prefer jump & flow lines just for reference.
