Another Great Experience with Marucci; Top notch Products

Bat came in 3 days and I had it for a tournament in Arizona.

Mostly solid order experience.

The experience was overall good, since the product met the expectations. However, after the purchase, I decided to wait several weeks for any communication from Marucci regarding my order and it wasn't until I personally called them to find out right on the last week of the estimated time for the order to be completed/delivered that I was informed of further details. The costumer service representative was very nice and provided me with an update on the status. The bats looked spectacular and the expectations regarding the quality were met.
