Marlo is amazing and so knowledgeable and here to help you. I use several of her hand made products for my low back pain. I love the Mendo Blend Pain relief lotion and Buzzy Balm. Both are amazing.

I was initially hesitant about trying gummies because as someone new to using infused products for pain and stress/anxiety management, I was worried about having the feeling of being 'high'. But with Marlo's guidance on dosing, she helped me start slow and work my way up to a dosage that is perfect for helping calm me down and ease my anxiety after a stressful day, manage any pain flare ups post back surgery, and to help me sleep through the night without feeling groggy the next day. I've come to learn that for me, the gummies are better for rest and relaxation vs the tinctures which help me with more immediate pain and inflammation. I've found that, most times 1/2 of a gummy is perfect. I'm super grateful to Marlo for her patience in helping a newbie like me navigate natural ways to better my health and well-being.

I recently purchased this balm and I am sooooo happy I gave it a shot I suffer if GERD which sometimes it affects with my throat getting inflammation but whenever I apply it, it makes me feel better, it has a nice smell and it’s smooth to apply. I def recommend it.
