I have wrist wrap, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves that I recently bought but I still have and use a sling shot that I bought 10 years ago when I was recovering from a back surgery that a lot of strength from. However after using it to recover, I was able to achieve a 455 lb raw bench. It’s definitely a quality product
