I’ve been using Mark Bell products for years. I also have several of their T-shirts, which I love. I’m 54 and thanks to the slingshot. I can bench heavier than most of the younger kids in the gym. Four years ago, I did a personal record of 465 pounds. About two months later, I could barely hold a glass of water…. It’s taking me a few years and thank God I found the slingshot and the elbow sleeves to help me with all my push exercises. I’m not back to 465 yet but did 415 the other day.
