Beyond expectations

Customer Service not so great when it comes to exchanges. Only can chat online, no real person ever calls you back when leaving multiple messages on voicemail. When processing exchanges, does not show my refund due once the return is received. I am still waiting to see how long it takes to get my refund.

These are my second pair of MPs. I will 💯 buy more. Thanks for a lovely pair of shoes.

Great company. Communication and shipping are prompt. Selection is just right and I appreciate sale prices now and then.

My Marion Parke experience has been nothing short of fantastic! The shoes are exquisite and comfortable (I have three pair, so far) and the customer service has been excellent. I had a small issue with one pair and Katie, my customer service rep, was efficient, responsive and delivered a resolution.

Truly excellent customer service! There was a delivery issue because my home address was listed wrong (my error), but the Marion Parke team worked quickly to locate my package and fix the label. I truly appreciated the seamless response, and I will certainly be a return customer! I also loved the shoes! I wore the heeled sandals as a bridesmaid and I lasted on my feet all day!

Highest quality shoes, very comfortable. Definitely will be ordering more. My initial pair was a bit small and I was able to exchange for the bigger size immediately. All transactions were smooth. Fast shipping. Product packaging was very aesthetic.
