Shipping was quick. Had to process a return which was straight forward in sending but an update was only given once I reached out after almost a week later and return delivery confirmation was received. Was then informed there were processing delays and my replacement was then processed immediately and new shoes arrived shortly thereafter.

Finally some shoes I can walk in and not be limping halfway down the street
