Fast service, helpful representatives, fantastic ribbons!

When you are having to do a rush project, these are the folks to work with. Prices were still reasonable, the product was exactly as desired, and the support was superb! (I *might* have had a couple of times I was a bit apprehensive about the process and their online support was always unfailingly helpful.) Definitely recommended!

A huge shout out to Heather, thank you! I put a request to custom order ribbons, and she let me know some of those they already had in the thousands of archived files. Saved some extra money in the process and even took phone calls to completely go over my order.

The website gives options for rapid turnaround and rapid delivery, however; I am now heading out to my event without my order that was promised to be delivered yesterday. I was even up sold on the more immediate, and more costly Xpress shipping! Upon checking the shipping status of the order, it shows the order as "in production". I feel like I was seriously scammed!

Services are prompt. Products are very good quality and customer service is almost instantly responsive.

The web experience was good. Pictures of the product was very helpful and the dimensions were clearly stated. Wish the name badge box came in a smaller size for shipping purposes, but we'll give this a try and see if if works (we have several meetings a year and I hope this will be a good new fit.

I placed an order for tote bags with custom imprints. The order was accepted. I approved an art proof. A week later I was informed that they did not have enough stock to fulfill the order. They would not give me an alternate bag at the same price. I had to cancel the order and get the bags elsewhere, and now after losing a week I'm stuck paying for expedited shipping. I really expected that they would make good on this and give me a similar bag at the same price as my original order, but they did not. That's bad customer relations. Sales rep was nice, but they really should have been more accommodating on the pricing of an alternate item.

My experience with Marco was seamless and the quality of the ribbons were great.

Spin the wheel get $30 off, oh but not really, you have to order $250 or more... i'm sure that was in the fine print somewhere. It left a bad first impression none the less. The website was a bit clunky and slow to update. I had to go through some hoops to get the expedited shipping because the checkout wouldn't allow me to select it. People on the phone were helpful although I felt a bit rushed. I will most likely use pcnametag going forward as I've done in the past. Thought I'd try your org for a change. You should surf their website and take note that it's an order of magnitude better. I did not feel rushed by the people on their help line.
