Marco Promos has been a must have for every con I attend now and the service is easy to use.

We needed some items for our attendee gift bags and was given Marco Promos as the service provider used by our National organization. We chose the name badge ribbons as our initial purchase. The process for choosing and ordering the ribbons was simple and quick. The hardest part was choosing which ribbon to order. Quick, professional, and fast!

I entered my entire order (including custom ribbons) and then went to login to my account...I lost everything that was in my cart and had to start over. If I had known that ahead of time, I would have logged in first. Frustrating. Last year I ordered the color bar double slot badge holders and they were lousy quality. I've ordered them again (because this is what we need), hoping they are much better this time around.

The process of ordering is clunky and unsatisfying overall, from finding what product you want to submitting your artwork, the whole process is not great. But the real problems start AFTER placing the order. The biggest issue we have with Marco Promos BY FAR is the harassment. They absolutely will not stop emailing you to try to make you re-order even if the product you previously ordered was DISCONTINUED and literally can't be reordered. It never ends. Every month or two, another email asking us to order something from two years ago. I've spoken with half a dozen of their representatives and employees and begged them to stop, I've explained that legally it constitutes harassment to continue spamming me after I've formally asked them to stop, it doesn't matter to them at all. All they care about is the possibility of getting another sale off you, and they will drown your inbox in trash to get it. If you do place an order, use a burner email, under no circumstances should you ever EVER give them your real emai
