I like the concept of the product. So far the quality has been great. The font is simple and easy to read. Shipping has been quick, except for the custom mantra, which is understandable. I did received a duplicate bracelet, and the customer service was not the friendliest through email. Having a phone contact would have worked better.

I am really loving my band. The band reminds me of the mantra I chose throughout the day. I wish it were a bit smaller though, I think my wrist is normal size. I know I can squeeze it to make it smaller but I don’t want to keep doing that and have it break from taking it on and off.

I absolutely love this bracelet in rose gold. I’ve purchased them in silver as gifts, but this is the first I bought for myself. My only complaint is it sometimes turns my wrist a little green. Not exactly sure why.
