I use these mantra bands and a reminder of who I am or who I am trying to be. The packaging was great however it was raining and the package got soggy and wasn’t ripped because of it. It did arrive in two days so that was always exciting and I love that you can readjust the size! This is my 13th mantraband and I’m continuing to add to my collection :)
