For Crossfit and Gymnastcis, these hand grips are a game changer.
These grips are brilliant, the fit is perfect and the synthetic suede is really robust. Very good for kipping and muscle ups. Five stars.
I like that these feel tough but still supple. Go into a rounded ha d easily great for wods where you go though different movements, some needing protection and some not, with these you just flip the flap (no messing pulling gloves off then trying to right them to put back on!) So quick to go between. They offer a good grip, helped with a little extra chall too. Fit nicely and strap round wrist is fine (looked thin but is fine). Reasonable value for money
These are decent grips with a nice Velcro strap and carrying bag. However the material is quite thin and I was surprised how much chalk was needed. My other grips are chalk free but these are so slippy without chalk. Which can be a bit of a pain. They’re also much thinner than my others. Personally not my favourite but they’re not bad. I’ve tried some of the mammal ones before and they’re getting better and better. These are better than the old ones for sure.
These fit great, use these regularly on my pull days. Really allows me to grind out a few extra reps, instead of stopping when my grip fails me. These are durable, easy to use, and super comfortable to wear. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their gym workouts. Good value
Excellent service from the guys at Mammal strength. Thumb tape is the best I've tried and very reasonably priced.
Great thumb tape. Just sticky enough without being too tacky. Highly recommend.
These a fantastically protective grip, with sturdy wrist strapping for a rock-steady fit. I've been using these in my weights sessions for the last week, and they provide a really comfortable barrier around the handle, and an intuitive shaping. The materials feel good, and look high quality and durable. They're excellent.(One very minor point, the shape and design doesn't allow for a smartwatch to be worn with them. However any serious wrist strapping would prevent this anyway so not a drama.)
These feel good quality. Heavy weight but flexible. However if you have very small hands/wrists, they move around a good bit and get in the way a lot. I had to constantly put them back in place. If you are only using them on one bar and not switching grips frequently they would probably be great.
Though the price is now £27.56, vs the £16.99 for version 2.—Now £22.13 as I write this review…Anyway, I already have something like this, but it’s very much inflexible. It works but it was obviously not designed for manoeuvrability, so it doesn’t really meld with the palm/hand.Thought I would give Mammal’s a shot than start with the grip spray which I found difficult to remove after! I don’t really use chalk (wet/dry) as they suggest you also add…I was confident that was not the final price.Which is a shame because I factor price in when I write my reviews meaning, sellers who flip flop their prices can hurt ratings (they get from me). I’ve only left the rating at 4/5 on first impressions; vs the 3.5/5 I was thinking.Maybe after I’ve broken it in and further checking the quality, I’ll need to update my review if it gets better or has issues like the previous versions.I felt the difference when I tested having this on just one hand on the paralettes, so looks promising.
I have been using mammal strength tape for about a year now. I have used other tapes in the past but this is definitely my favourite. It stays really securely and is comfortable to wear. It is also really easy to tear which is so important when in the gym and don't have scissors to hand. It is such good value for money and you get so much tape in one pack. This is the tape you need!
these palm protectors are super useful and also well made. I have used similar ones before but these here are more flexible. They are made of two layers which are held together with continuous stitching. Not sure if the inner is leather or man made material. Overall good.
Ottimo tape per crossfit. Hook grip e protezione dita in generale con sbarre e bilanceri. Aderisce bene e basta un giro di tape.
Effective service
These Mammal Strength hand grips are a game-changer for anyone who is serious about their weight lifting routine. As a regular visitor in the gym these will really help me to get a better grip on pulling or lifting actions and help to increase the amount I can lift.I naturally have small hands so can find it hard to sometimes get a good grip on the weight training equipment. This straps around your wrist and the leather flap is at the the front of your palm. You then wrap the leather flap around the weights and this flap is what gives you a better grip. It maybe hard to imagine but it’s really easy to use in action. The strap feels like it’s made of good quality material and it looks it will be very robust and will last. The textured surface of the straps give an excellent grip enabling me to maximise my workout routine. This is also very compact and something you can throw into your gym bag and not even notice it.At just under £20 this sits in the middle of the price range. I have seen more expensive ones and I have also seen less expensive ones. The make is also a reputable one so I do think this represents good value and something that I am happy to recommend
Tape doesn't sweat off and the width is good for narrower fingers and thumbs. Good value.

Easy to rip, adhesive is nice and strong for all workouts
Perfect grip and leeway in kipping on rig
