My husband likes his pillow. Low loft gel. Mine is mid loft with gel charcoal. Side and back position? Not sure if I like his more.

I liked my pillow but it’s not as good as the one I got a few years ago that is the same type. It’s thicker and a little too firm

Delivery was excellent. I would recommend that you make it clear on the site that this thing weighs 300 pounds and people really should consider the $199 white glove service.

I am still waiting on my refund. I spoke with a customer service lady and she was no help!

I wasn't able to find out which sheets were made with tencel fabric from website information. I had to send an email asking which sheets were made with tencel fabric. In your response to my inquiry confirming that you received my inquiry, descriptions of sheets and their fabric content was provided.

Very easy to order. Quick Delivery. There is a coupon for first time orders but I did not realize until it was too late that it shows up in a seperate email so I couldn’t use it. I thought all I had to do was click on the coupon on the website. Still worth the full price. As far as High quality pillows and pricing goes, well worth the full price and significantly more reasonable than most. Excellent quality. Best Pillow I’ve ever owned!

The first time I ordered my pillow, FedEx delivered it to the wrong building somewhere in my neighborhood. Whoever received it must have decided to keep it because I never got it back. I filed a claim with FedEx, but they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Luckily, Malouf refunded me so that I could repurchase, but they took out about $7 to cover shipping (I guess. ) I was also frustrated that I had used a promo code on the original order, and it no longer worked when I tried to repurchase the pillow I never received. This was the fault of FedEx, not Malouf, but the overall experience was stressful.

They are really soft and everyone loves them.
