No book included, thought packaging of the doll was pretty lame.

Shipping took a while as it didnt leave their hands for minimum 5 working days. Then shipped Fed Ex which seems to often be a problem in my area but not their fault. So I didn't get it when I needed it unfortunately. However they did respond to me promptly and courteously. Imagine they'd be good to work with if I wasnt on a timeline. Price was great. Their service got them a 4 star instead of a 2.

This store always has the best Jellycat selection. If you're in Central Florida this shop is a must see for Jellycat. I've been to all the other stores in the area and they don't even compare to the selection and atmosphere. The staff is always inviting and welcoming and well informed. Rylee + Cru is also my new favorite for my little one, and now that the same owners opened Nava Jean (a tween boutique) across the street I'll be stopping by more often. They got me hooked with Jellycat and now I'm a customer for life, or at least until my kids grow up. Highly recommend Maison Baby and now Nava Jean! Love Love Love

This is the best baby shop I’ve found. Their assortment is constantly changing. They have always the best selection of items and the sweetest gifts reasonably priced great staff parking would be my only complaint at times but totally worth that effort as this is truly a unique baby boutique.
