I really wanted to give you 5 stars, but after buying product, I realized I had to be in the rewards club to earn points. So I lost out on points. The second time I ordered and still didn't realize I needed to be in the rewards club, dang! Then I received the wrong product that I ordered. Customer service was outstanding getting back to me by email within 48 hours telling me I could keep the product because it's not returnable and asked if I wanted to reship or have a refund of products ordered. I opt to have it reshipped, so that's coming soon as I want to start using and exploring products with no harmful chemicals.
