Love all the products, but the items were squished and stained when they arrived in the mail. The box was slightly crushed and the items inside weren't protected at all, so they also got crushed (mainly the soap refill box), and the white conditioner bottle had black marks all over it, so I was pretty disappointing because I was excited about the nice packaging. Otherwise though, all the products have been amazing and smell so nice!
