this powered stair climber works great. if load is balanced, it is zero effort to push the button. I held off for some time to purchase this and I should not of waited. yes alot but it makes a 2 man job into a 1 man job. this thing rocks it is worth more than the price they charge. ordering and shipping was harmless good packaging and a quality product
