I once considered Magline THE standard for hand trucks—sturdy, reliable, and backed by what I assumed would be industry-leading customer service. I ordered two preassembled hand trucks for my custodial work in west-central Florida, and both purchases turned into frustrating experiences. The first hand truck didn't arrive as scheduled. Instead, XPO Logistics used my $700+ hand truck to deliver a package I never ordered. It wasn't until I called them that they returned with my actual order. The second preassembled hand truck arrived today, damaged during shipment by UPS. I contacted Magline expecting them to replace the entire unit, especially considering I paid nearly $390 for it. Instead, I was told they would only send the damaged replacement part rather than replace the hand truck. After these experiences, I'm extremely disappointed with both the shipping process and Magline's customer service. I expected much better from a company with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing from Magline again.

I have used a magliner dolly for 40 years and have earned a living relying on the dolly. They are light weight and extremely manageable. I have now built a business using Magliner dolly’s. I highly recommend them

The product is very nice. The order process and descriptions not so much. It is hard to know exactly what ypu ordered. I had to reposition the upper handle to make it usable. . actual pictures with the descriptions would be useful.

The rear wheels on my Magliner had worn to the point where the brakes would not hold the art in place. Dealing with you agent was a pleasure, and my cart can now hold against a herd of bison.

We purchased 4 hand trucks but they did not fit for what needed them for. The weight was to much for the design of of the hand trucks. Customer service was very helpful.

We like using the Magline website as it's quick and pretty easy to navigate. The person we deal with often is Tony Middleton and he is VERY knowledgeable and helpful.
