I think this has been the only magnesium that works for me so far, it helps me fall asleep faster but not to keep me asleep, however I am 100% clear it is not for sleeping benefits. On the other side, my brain is sharper and my memory is better. One pill is enough for me before bed but in my 20s.

Fast shipping

The item itself is fine, but the purchasing experience is not good. I have automatic re-order each month and have had major delays (weeks to months) at least twice. This caused gaps in my taking this supplement, defeating the purpose of automatic re-order.
