I placed an order on 11-25-25, 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order #9909. I’m only 3 hours away! Can I suggest if you don’t have the product in stock to communicate with the customer and possibly send it overnight when you don’t have it in stock. When can I expect my package I’m very disappointed .

I ordered, they shipped I received part

Blower motor came cracked with a piece broken off bottom case. I installed it anyhow as my daughter needed it for her car and I was only there for 5 days so no time to ship it back. At least it still worked.

I ordered both new passenger-side lower moldings to replace ones my wife crunched on a tall rock. They were packaged nicely, shipped quickly, and fit perfectly.

fragile electronic items should be mailed in a box, not in a envelope.
