Over the past several months the parts' prices have been good, the responses to questions have been prompt, but this past order I tried to apply a small active shipping discount and the system would not recognize it.
I recently ordered parts to repair a passenger side mirror on a Ford F150. I enteres the Vin # to verify parts, but one of the parts would not pull up. I tried several different things including using the part number from the damaged parts, but I still could not find a specific part. I decided to use the on-lind chat to get help. I explained what i was looking for and provided the exploded view that I was lookinf at and asked for the correct part numbers. All the numbers given were different. I expalined what I was looking for in detail, and was provided with part numbers that appeared to be the same parts, except for the main piece that I was looking for. After explaining more, the guy assured me that the part number he was providing was the right one. I send him the picture of the part and told him this wasn’t right. He said the picture was just wrong…I decided to stop that chat and start a new one hopefully talking to a different person. Well, I got a different person who gave me different part numbers. When I provided what the last guy gave, they then agreed that those were right and that part numbers had changed. I reluctantly ordered the parts. It was still a lot cheaper than buying the entire mirror assembly and most of the assembly works fine. When I recieved the parts, the main part I was needed was not there. I then made a trip to my local ford dealer parts department and was told the reason I couldn’t find that part is that it is only sold as part of the complete assembly! So, I had to go a new route and just filed it with Insurance, but now I have parts that need to be returned. Mad Max Ford Parts would take no responsibility in sending the wrong parts and said they could send me the return but would deduct the shipping charges from the amount. Also, the blinker was considered electronics and could not be returned at all. After looking further, the blinker module sent was for the drivers side anyway and would have never worked. All this to say, DO NOT OR...
PART FIT
The shipping was very slow And I ordered a intake hose( very common replacement part) And got a resonator not even close to the part I ordered. Very bad customer service I left a voicemail communicating the issue. Not willing to take responsibility that they sent me the wrong part. It’s not hard to double check the order and make sure the part you send is correct. I would like a shipping label to send the incorrect part back for a refund on that part. The rest of the order was fine

Part came in good condition. It was well packaged with plenty of "cushining. " Price was reasonable compared to other sources I checked online.
Amazing people to work with. Had my parts delivered earlier than expected and everything was perfect.
Was told part was in stock but it wasn’t. Was supposed to arrive 5 days after purchase and took almost a month to arrive.

I placed an order on 11-25-25, 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order #9909. I’m only 3 hours away! Can I suggest if you don’t have the product in stock to communicate with the customer and possibly send it overnight when you don’t have it in stock. When can I expect my package I’m very disappointed .
