MRFC is always top notch!

I'm relatively new to purchasing from Madison River, having only purchased from them twice, but on both occasions the experience was beyond pleasant. We had something happen via the mail with my second purchase. Madison River's customer service went above and beyond for me to ensure I had the items I needed to get on the water and fish ASAP. I will definitely be a returning customer for future needs.

I have not been able to make large purchases from MRF but my orders received great attention as if it was an expensive transaction. Thanks for the super customer service and specials.

Went in to the shop to get a new line and the guys were great as always. Never had a bad experience in MRFC. If I had to complain I would say they dont stock enough different soft hackle flies. But that is only a problem for spey junkies like me!

Very happy with MRFC in the past. Not this time. Fly’s tightly wadded in a ball crammed in a small plastic container which was lined with contact cement. Took forever to untangle the mess. What a sudden about face from MRFC. Why?
