I enjoy the informational videos and chef recipes. Shipping has always been quick and reliable. I also appreciate the minimal, yet protective, packaging of my cookware.

I understand I asked for free shipping but it felt like forever to wait for such a great pan to arrive. All in all, I don't regret the purchase in the slightest.
