It has already increased my hydration in 2 weeks. I just added the one serving with water daily. My only bugbear is that it doesn’t have its own serving scoop. The recommended 1/2 an Ancient & Brave scoop feels a little unclear and adds an unnecessary step. It feels a quality product like this should have its own serving scoop

Perfect, easy to sort out and set up subscription and I found once first order had finished I didn’t have any for about 5 days, so was able to change subscription date to every 3 weeks to make sure I don’t run out.
