Good service although takes longer than expected

Can’t fault A&B. I get emails to let me know when my order is on the way, and can change to come sooner or later if required. Then had a surprise tote bag with my last order… very happy with them! 😊

Absolutely love being an Ancient and Brave customer. I use the collagen powder everyday and my hair and nails are so much stronger for it. Not entirely sure how it works as well as it does but I’m not complaining! Just pop it in my coffee every morning. Love the sustainability and the design on the products too.

I feel so much more alive and able to move a lot easier without aching so much. Others have noticed a difference and have commented on how my skin looks brighter.

Delivery is great. I am on week 4 and noticed a difference in my skin. It feels a lot less dry and more plump. I can’t comment on my nails at the moment as I damaged them by peeling off my gel polish (I know I shouldn’t have) my hair is in a better condition. I’m looking forward to my next delivery to continue my journey and hopefully see a difference in my nails once they start growing out the damage

I signed up to a subscription for True Collagen as a little kitchen experiment to see if it would help me to stick to a consistent routine. I have often tried to take supplements etc and tend to run out of enthusiasm after a pretty short period, and therefore tend not to see any real benefits. I thought that if I had the repetitive deadline of a replenishment turning up in the post it would help me to stick to the plan. And it absolutely has! I am quite surprised by how the subscription process has aided me sticking to my plan. Every morning I simply add a scoop to my first coffee. If I find myself looking for a sugar hit towards the back end of an afternoon I now make myself a small cup of the Cacao + Collagen, (and add in a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste if I am pushing the boat out). A couple of cycles in to the subscription process now and I think there has been a subtle improvement to my skin, nails and hair. Sticking to the plan to see if I can notice other benefits starting to creep in. I am really enjoying the idea and practice of having a little daily ritual just for me. I am, however, awaiting the arrival of a halo shining above me!!
