I was a bit nervous about ordering a bed in a box, but after much research the thing that sold me was the consistent positive comments, both about the mattresses themselves, but just as importantly - the great customer service Macoda offers. And it's the truth. I changed my mind about the size I wanted so the original order needed to be returned and the new one sent out. Customer service was amazing - so helpful and what a breath of fresh air that is today. I received the new mattress in my preferred size safe and sound, and when I told them about a delay with the delivery company, they followed up for me and that finally got the delivery done. As for the mattress - very different to what I'm used to, but after a couple of nights I found myself just feeling like I was sleeping in a cozy hug. It's so comfortable. I've kept it set to medium softness and I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I bought this mattress. So thanks on all counts, Macoda. Great work. I'm a very happy customer.

Very happy with our Macoda Mattress. Realised we have been sleeping on it for over 4 months now. My husband just commented that he hasn't woken up with a sore back once, not like our previous mattress. I still find it a little hard on the soft side but I am sleeping really well.

Mattresses are so hard to choose. We narrowed our search down by using a recent Choice mattress review and experience sleeping on a friends new Macoda for a few days. We had the added bonus of going larger with a King sized mattress and are very happy with our Macoda mattress so far. Both the comfort and extra space are really nice. We flipped the top mattress over to the softer version which is a little softer. We are still experimenting. I think the mattress protector and an electric blanket on top may reduce the softness. Delivery and communication was quick and efficient. Unpacking the mattress was easy.

We tried another mattress in a box first and though it was excellent quality, it was just too firm and we ended up returning it. The Macoda is fantastic! The quality is brilliant, it is super comfortable, I’m sleeping through the night and waking up with no soreness at all. It’s supportive but ridiculously comfortable, it is a keeper! I also love that it is Australian and certified to be free from harmful substances. This mattress is the best thing we did for our sleep!

I bought three (3) pillows: one for my partner who had trouble with her neck and two for myself. My partner and I highly recommend your pillow. aa

I bought our Queen mattress several years ago and ever since my wife and I have had a good comfortable sleep without the usual sag you get from most mattresses and not a sign of a sore back. We have tried quite a variety ranging from very expensive to mid range from just about all major Australian manufacturers and this one beats them all. To be fair this is not the best mattress we have slept on but that was in six star hotel. I don't think you go wrong buying one of these but have another person to help you when it is delivered as it is very heavy and make sure that you have a great base - the normal slatted bases will not do the job and will void your warranty.

Only thing that could possibly be better than this pillow is if they made a U pillow to snuggle into!!

I bought my first Macoda pillow a few years ago, my new partner loved it so much I got him one for when he sleeps at my house, and one for himself for his house. They are the best. Perfect height and not too firm.

Best mattress ever. I wasn’t sad that my ex had left me, the thing what made me sad is that she took the Macoda mattress when she left.
