parts were just what i needed

First of all, we needed to order some parts but did not know the part numbers and support was able to help me decipher which parts I needed and they also provide me with the manual for my Dekka machine. The best thing was I got the parts the next day!

it took over a month for the item to get to us. It seems to hook up and work except the thermostat is not working properly. The heating elements will not get hot enough to shrink the material in the shrink tunnel.

i was looking for a hard to find conveyor belt. my 4 common vendors i ordered my parts from looked and said they don't have any and cant find one for me, may need to spend some money to retrofit. found Machine Parts Toolbox online. called them up and to my surprise the had one on the shelf and at a very fair price.. found my new part supplier. Machine Parts Toolbox is my first turn when looking for parts. good parts and fast shipping.

After all this time I have still not received the parts I payed for. I have called. I have e-mailed. And still I have no parts.

Good product just as noted on web site only problem i had was web site said product was in invintory. it was not so it took week to get. still a good company. i will call next time to find out if in invintory so i can plan for machine down time.
