Order fulfillment and delivery to Canada was impressively fast. A technical error at the checkout (the system didn't allow me to enter Canadian postal code in the right format) took too long to fix, resulting in losing an additional discount on the products I wanted to buy. Customer Service didn't care to offer this discount to me again.
