Bathing suit ordered and stuck in Miami for a week and still haven’t received it. Inquired about where it is and told it’s stuck in tariff screening. Now it’s been well beyond the delivery date and still not product or willingness to remedy the issue.

They don’t answer back emails! I returned to separate items, they received both, and only issued a refund for 1 of them. I’ve sent like 6 e mails and they don’t even respond.

I returned an item that Maaji received on 7/28, and as of 8/18, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried contacting them through chat and email multiple times with no resolution. I was told it could take "up to 15 business days" to process a refund (which already feels excessive, but I acknowledge that is the policy) but that timeframe has now passed, and there’s still no credit on my account. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and slow processing.

The red/wht dress I purchased is colorful and stylish. I returned the dress only because it was a bit too “cutesy” for an older woman like me.

The pajamas are my favorite from this brand. They are so effortless and perfect for the summer or warm weather places. Always get compliments when I travel with them from my family. The bathing suits are nice but they fit is weird for my body.

I bought three different and LOVE them. They are so soft and comfortable. The stickers were really hard to remove but some dish soap got the glue off. Can’t wait to use them all summer.

I bought a one piece for my daughter because a friend raved about the quality. She wore it one time to the pool and I noticed two tears in the back. I believe they must have been there when the suit arrived and I didn’t notice when it was dry. Super disappointed. I reached out to customer service two days ago and have heard nothing back.

Didn’t see it was reversible and it was a nice surprise. Everything showed up in perfect condition in a cute netted bag fit true to size.
