I had a very good experience with Jinky today. She understood my issue immediately (free replacement of an old cartridge which gave a failure to communicate message on my HP printer). She set up the replacement quickly and assisted me with an order for additional cartridges at a discount. She even corrected an error I made in restating the number of cartridges I needed. To top it all off, she called me afterwards to tell me of an e-mail that was coming, which would explain how to program the printer so that changes in HP's cartridge ID protocol would not be accepted by my printer. All in all, Jinky walked the extra mile to help a contented customer.

I was on the line with Lydia today for about 20 minutes regarding a replacement of bad cartridges with chips that would not work in my HP printer and a purchase of additional cartridges from my existing store credit. I was requesting replacement of just 3 black cartridges but Lydia found that 6 other Magenta and Yellow that I had previously purchased were also of the same batch as the black that would not work. I had not opened them yet, so I was unaware of their viability. She arranged a return of those unopened ones too, which saved me a future problem. Thanks!!! LD should be very pleased to have such a competent, pleasant, and helpful employee. I don't know how LD finds such employees, but over many years of experience, I have never had a bad interaction. Customer service is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion. My wait time was maybe 5 seconds. I thought that LD had sent me wrong cartridges, and was attempting to send back. Mark helped me to send pictures of what I received, and I called back and Fernando helped me and solved the problem. The new design of the cartridges just need extra push into the slot. Problem solved, thanks to their help.
