I purchased a $45 microscope to use with the grandkids. Man was that a mistake. There was no power low enough to make it functional at all. So I set out to get a decent microscope and I has very pleased that this one is very nice and built well. It actually is a very nice piece of equipment. Love it.

I was expecting some kind of manual either a hard copy or directions to an online manual. the microscope came without any paperwork at all. I agree most of that is not needed but something that gives me an idea of where to buy attachments (cameras, storage cases?) or parts and how to resolve any problems.

Tech support is completely useless! They effectively told me to through out my "new, out of the box" camera and buy a new one, because they have no information and no drivers for the camera I have.
