i love to ruck but have trouble with my shoulders that prevents me from wearing most conventional packs- the straps dig in a way that just doesn’t work for me. But I CAN lay this sandbag over my shoulders and go for it! Thanks.

These bands were recommended by my physical therapist. These are nothing like the ones I use in his practice. These are much tighter, much smaller and generally painful to use. They’re back in the bag. Did y’all send me a child size instead of adult.
