Offering a 10% discount to a customer who expressed dissatisfaction is almost insulting. It's not worth it in this economy. Free shipping, 15% . . anything but 10%. Do the math .

I was a connoisseur of fine scotches and bourbons for over 40 years. Stopped drinking alcohol over 8 months ago and bought Lyre's "best" Scotch and Bourbon. I am sorry, as I tried both on the rocks and their tastes were nowhere close to the "real thing". It was the TASTE of scotch and bourbon I wanted to replace, NOT alcohol content. So sad and disappointed.
