They were on time and reliable. We even got a free upgrade and champagne because the limo we booked had a mechanical problem so they called and gave us a better one!

After a much needed vacation for my boyfriend and I, we decided to start it off right by booking the new Mercedes S550 to pick us up from JFK.    Our driver Bruce was on time, fantastic, and friendly! We had a many laughs on the way over, it was as if we had all known each other for years. He also told us about places to eat, to visit, etc.     We highly recommend Luxor Limo service thanks to Bruce! Traveling with 6 people, two of which were little girls can be difficult. One child who gets car sick and her mom who also does. I made the decision to hire this company to help us have a stress free trip from LaGuardia to our hotel in Manhattan and then back again when it was time to leave. Best decision ever! No hassle. Always on time. Fun drivers. Beautiful clean cars. Would do it again on our next visit. Well worth the money.
