The driver was awesome, I was surprised my girlfriend went out and reserved us a private car. The car was clean and stocked with soda and snacks; this business is top notch.

We were met promptly by our driver both at La Guardia airport and upon our return. The drivers were professional, and the cars new and in spotless condition. The few extra dollars you spend on a limo or town car as compared to a regular taxi are worth when looking at reliabilty and promtness of service and comfort.

The customer service for Luxor is very fast, well equipped, and knowledgeable. I had several questions on several different occasions and every time they were capable of helping me reach an answer. The driver, on the other hand, didn't even get out to open the door or hold an umbrella, instead he let 3 women stand out in the rain in their graduation dresses. So I'm not sure what my $50 tip was for on the 20 minute trip. I've been in probably 20 different limos in my life and every time the driver had the decency to, at the very least, open the door.

Was traveling into the city from JFK and didn't want to deal with trying to get an uber or taxi traveling with 4 people and luggage. Arrange for Luxor online and it was flawless and easy. They were on time and friendly and clean! The driver was outstanding and was traveling back ways to avoid some of the traffic. We were able to carry on conversation sit back and relax. The trip was so easy and great that in fact I once again got online and arrange for the trip back to the airport. I would not hesitate to book Luxor! The cars are clean, timely and friendly.
