We had some issues with the delivery of our Infrared Sauna and there was a crack apon opening the packaging. THOMAS was wonderful following up our concerns, returning the broken pieces and organising the delivery of the replacement item. It was great to have such good support after purchasing such an exciting item!

Item was delivered very quickly! The access to my apartment is quite difficult and upstairs, so I did not ask the driver to unpack and attempt to manoeuvre into my home. I managed with a friend (and a bit of difficulty).

Delays resolved
I ordered a single bed and mattress for $593. There were a few issues at first, delivery delays and the wrong boxes were sent, but customer service, especially Thomas, followed up and helped get everything sorted. I later found the parts I thought were missing, and the bed is now fully assembled. The product is good quality and great value for the price. I appreciate Thomas’s effort to resolve things and make sure the order was completed properly.
