Yuka rates the shampoo and conditioner "poor"
The products work well, but I expected them to rate better on Yuka. The shampoo rated 37/100 and the conditioner rated 41/100. I try to purchase products that rate well and work well, so I won't be purchasing again. If you remove the phenoxyethanol, let me know and I'll give it another shot.

The pump on the conditioner
The pump on the conditioner didn’t work. I did email and asked for a replacement, but the replacement pump is a different color (burgundy) than the matching shampoo pump (black). It does work, and I received it quickly, just doesn’t look nice in my shower

I ordered my bundle on
I ordered my bundle on the 10th of September my products arrived on the 12th of September. The packaging was very nice I love that the products are in pump bottles makes it much easier to disperse. The whole process ordering, paying , shipping, was perfect!

The scent and price point
The scent and price point are great for these products. The shampoo lathers up nicely and feels good on my scalp. The conditioner has the same great scent and does a great job. The only thing is when you rinse the shampoo out, my hair feels rough or stripped like I used a clarifying shampoo. However, after the conditioner, the end result is volume! I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the rinse out of the shampoo, but I will definitely continue to use this product.
